Meet Beth!
I have been helping individuals reach their full potential since my graduation from UW-STOUT in 1984.
I have a love of everyone and see the good in everybody! Helping others to succeed and smile speaks to my heart. I have been married to my best friend for 35 years & together, we share two beautiful children, 26 & 30. We enjoy life on a quaint little ice age lake close to Ladysmith. I love designing, gardening, boating, my family, and my extended Ladysmith Adult Day Services family!

Hi my name is Melissa and I live in Ladysmith with my husband, our two sons, and four dogs .
My hobbies include cooking, baking, walking and spending time with my family.
I love working at Ladysmith Adult Day services! The clients always have a smile on their faces and are always ready to do something fun .

Meet Kelli!
Hi. My name is Kelli Grotzinger. I am a life long resident of Ladysmith. After High School I moved for about a year but the Northwoods can’t be beat and called me back. I have a 17 year old daughter Kaelyn who just finished her Junior year. I joined the LADS Family in July of 2022. My passion is helping people in all different areas to become their best selves they can possibly be and helping them reach new abilities and personal goals all while having fun. Im also passionate in helping our community be the best they can possibly be and love being involved in the community and different boards. Im very excited to be a part of the LADS Team.

I have been an RN for 44 years, and graduated from UW Madison in 1976. - "Wow, a long time ago!"
My interests include educating people in a heart healthy lifestyle. I have been involved and enjoy working with people facing challenges. Presently, I have a Lodge Retreat for people with families who come to enjoy the beauty of Lake Holcombe. In my spare time, I love spending time with my 5 grandsons.
